Responsibilities
As a Technical Specialist, your role is vital in ensuring the optimal performance and satisfaction of their customers by applying technical expertise and support to diagnose and repair equipment efficiently.

Your key tasks will be to:

• Commission, inspect, and repair equipment supplied by VEGA.
• Provide technical support, including application advice, trial measurements, and training.
• Assist in trade shows and deliver lectures related to VEGA products.
• Perform entry control for equipment inspections.
• Collaborate with the Sales Department to resolve technical issues.
• Accept and plan service orders, including international cases when necessary.
• Ensure accurate execution and reporting of service orders.
• Manage and order required equipment for stock.

Language Skills
Swedish and English, preferably German
