The
Integration Specialist will support the Solution Architect by taking operational and coordinating responsibility for integrations, technical solution design, and daily delivery.
Main ResponsibilitiesTechnical Integration:- Coordinate and implement integrations between data sources and external systems using Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Ensure APIs and data delivery function as required and are properly documented.
- Manage versioning and change management for integrations.
Solution Support:- Serve as the “go-to” person for developers and data engineers regarding integration, API structure, and technical dependencies.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning to identify and remove technical obstacles.
- Follow up and report on the status of integration-related deliveries.
Quality Assurance:- Ensure integrations are tested and validated against requirements.
- Collaborate with "DevOps" to automate testing and deployment of integrations.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:- Document integration flows, API endpoints, and technical decisions in Confluence / JIRA.
- Contribute to knowledge transfer within the team and to other subgroups.
Required Skills and ExperienceTechnical Background:- Experience with system integration, API development (REST), and data platforms (e.g., Databricks).
- Understanding of cloud-based architecture and CI/CD processes
- Experience with version control and automation.
Communication Skills:- Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate technical requirements to development teams and vice versa.
Problem-Solving:- Proactive in identifying and resolving integration issues.
- Structured and solution-oriented.

- Implement role-based access (AD groups)
- Package context for LLM
- Build logging and session tracking
- Set up versioning for data products
- Refactor/extract logic for invoice processing
- Establish requirements for, or create, new data products for specialised analytics
- Establish requirements for, or create, pipelines for customer-specific data aggregation
