About the role:
As a UKG Solution Architect, you will take end-to-end responsibility for designing, implementing, and optimizing UKG solutions across multiple global markets (US, EMEA, APAC). You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure efficient, scalable, and compliant solutions that enhance workforce management.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of UKG solutions (with a focus on Timekeeping and Scheduling)
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure solutions are scalable, flexible, and aligned with business needs
- Drive and lead implementation and upgrade projects across multiple markets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Manage integrations between UKG and other enterprise systems (HRIS, Payroll, ERP)
- Ensure data integrity and seamless data flow between systems
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations
- Develop reporting, analytics, and decision-support for workforce planning
- Deliver training programs for end users and administrators
- Create and maintain documentation, including configurations and processes
- Continuously improve, optimize, and support UKG solutions
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 5–8+ years of experience working with UKG (Kronos) solutions in international environments
- Has experience across multiple regions, such as US, EMEA, and APAC
- Has completed at least 2–3 projects as a UKG Pro WFM Solution Architect
- Has proven experience designing and implementing complex UKG solutions
- Has a strong understanding of workforce management principles and labor regulations
- Is comfortable working in complex organizations with multiple stakeholders
