Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect – NOC / SOC Exploitability to design and architect integrated Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC) solutions for mission‑critical telecom environments.

In this role, you will work closely with both technical and business stakeholders to deliver resilient, secure, and scalable operational solutions, meeting the high availability and reliability requirements of the telecommunications domain.

This is a hands-on, architect-level role with strong influence across design, implementation, and continuous improvement of NOC / SOC capabilities.

Key responsibilities

As a NOC SOC Exploitability Solution Architect, you will:

Design and architect integrated NOC and SOC solutions for complex, mission‑critical telecom customers
Develop and implement operational frameworks ensuring availability, resilience, and security
Integrate monitoring, threat detection, and incident response capabilities across NOC and SOC platforms
Lead technical teams through deployment, optimisation, and continuous improvement of NOC/SOC solutions
Act as a key contributor in aligning operational architecture with business and security requirements

✨ Requirements

Must have:

Strong expertise in telecom network architecture, including core, access, and transmission systems
Hands-on experience with NOC and SOC platforms, monitoring tools, and incident management systems
Solid knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threat intelligence, and risk mitigation techniques
Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business stakeholders

Nice to have:

Experience with automation and orchestration
Familiarity with ITIL, ISO 27001, or similar standards
