Your new role
As Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will own and drive the company’s lead generation strategy, ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities into the sales pipeline. You will develop and execute multi-channel campaigns, leverage data-driven insights, and collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams to maximize commercial impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Planning, managing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across email marketing, content marketing, social media, and paid digital channels.
- Driving lead generation initiatives and continuously improving lead quality and conversion rates.
- Collaborating with Sales to refine lead scoring models and lead handoff processes.
- Creating compelling marketing content, including landing pages, email campaigns, and promotional assets.
- Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing results, and making data-driven recommendations to optimize ROI.
- Managing marketing budgets and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Exploring and implementing new best practices, technologies, and AI-enabled ways of working to enhance marketing effectiveness.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you are a proactive and analytical marketing professional – a doer who enjoys turning strategy into measurable business results. You are comfortable navigating multiple priorities, building strong stakeholder relationships, and continuously looking for smarter ways of working.
We believe you bring:
- At least five years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar B2B marketing role.
- Proven success in developing and executing lead generation campaigns that drive pipeline growth.
- Excellent analytical capabilities and experience using data to optimize campaign performance and marketing ROI.
- Strong expertise in marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot, and CRM systems.
- A collaborative mindset, strong self-leadership, and the confidence to take ownership and drive initiatives forward.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience from Life Science, MedTech, Diagnostics, or other technical B2B industries is considered an advantage.
