Your new role
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving the development and improvement of products by leading system projects, including both software and hardware, from concept through commercialisation. You will ensure that the scope of the projects is delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality and regulatory requirements. The position involves leading cross-functional teams and working with stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor, and control the project.

This role is primarily on‑site in our newly built, sustainable Uppsala office. It’s a place our teams truly appreciate for its pleasant, comfortable and thoughtfully designed environment. While being in the office is the natural default, we also offer the flexibility to work from home when circumstances call for it.
What you'll need to succeed
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Medical Technology, or related field or documented experience of working in a similar role.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience from working in product development projects, preferably system development in the life science industry. Minimum 2 years of experience leading projects.
- English and Swedish – full professional proficiency, written and oral
