We are looking for a highly experienced Legion Workforce Management (WFM) Architect / Lead Consultant to join a large-scale, global implementation program.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in transforming workforce planning and time management processes in a complex, multi-country environment.
About the Role
As a Legion WFM Architect, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of workforce management solutions across global operations. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-performing solutions within the HR and Time & Attendance domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end (E2E) implementation of large-scale WFM programs
- Define solution architecture and overall design for global deployments
- Drive functional design, configuration, and application support
- Design and configure Legion modules, including:
- Forecasting
- Scheduling
- Time & Attendance
- Labor compliance
- Labor optimization
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and define solutions for business requirements
- Collaborate with:
- HR Business Partners
- Legal & Compliance teams
- Payroll, Scheduling, and Labor Planning stakeholders
- Partner with Data Engineers and Product Managers to develop custom solutions
- Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems (e.g., Payroll, HRIS)
- Provide architectural guidance across:
- Configuration
- Testing
- Deployment
- Post go-live stabilization
- Define best practices, frameworks, and reusable components
- Manage project timelines, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations
Key Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Workforce Management implementations
- Strong expertise in Legion Workforce Management, including:
- Workforce scheduling
- Labor optimization
- Real-time management
- Reporting and compliance
- Proven experience as an architect in large, global Legion WFM implementations
- Deep understanding of HR systems and Time & Attendance processes
- Hands-on experience with SAP/HR integrations or similar enterprise ecosystems (preferred)
- Experience with cloud-based SaaS solutions and enterprise integrations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical mindset

This is an interim assignment planned to start 1st of July until end of 2026. You will be contracted by Hays and work for our client. Mostly remote.
