Finance Manager with HR Responsibilites

VEGA is looking for a Finance Manager with experience from HR. A coordinating role in a start-up environment which requires you to be hands-on as well as working at a strategic level together with MD and Marketing Manager. In this role you will report to the Managing Director.

Finance Responsibilities
Complete full-cycle accounting and financial reporting services, hereunder:
  • Review cash disbursements processing, including bank and other account reconciliations.
  • Handling of invoices incoming/outgoing, intercompany, group and third party.
  • Insurance management/contract management
  • Keeping books up to date, including postings for suppliers/customers/bank statements in SAP S/4 HANA
  • Liquidity Management; Cash Management Tool implementation
  • Month-end closing activities; accruals, deferrals, foreign currency valuation.
  • Reporting to headquarter monthly and yearly as well as collaboration with headquarter on group-wide projects including sustainability report, global minimum taxation etc.
  • Overseeing, managing, and carrying out all activities in regard to accounting, controlling, treasury of the subsidiary
  • VAT & Income Tax
  • Overseeing and implementing legal requirements

HR Responsibilities
  • Up to date with labour laws and regulations
  • Up to date with OSA & SAM (Sweden)
  • Monthly payroll, e.g. post payment file, salaries, employment contracts, social security, travel expenses.
  • Point of contact regarding; office rent, leasing cars, insurance etc.

Additional tasks that can appear:
  • Support office management
  • Support managing director.

    Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance management or similar
  • Several years of work experience in finance
  • Experience in SAP, preferably SAP HANA
  • Experience of a start-up environment
  • Experience with tasks related to HR.

Mandatory, Swedish and English
