PMO Specialist (Consultant / Freelance)

Do you want to contribute to complex IT programs in an organization at the forefront of digital transformation and sustainable development?
We are currently looking for a PMO Specialist for a long-term consulting assignment with a leading company operating within energy and critical infrastructure.

About the assignment
You will take on a key role within a large transformation program, focusing on driving structure, transparency, and progress across multiple parallel initiatives.
You will be part of an established PMO team and work closely with program management and stakeholders in an international, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide PMO support and coordination across one or more programs
  • Ensure tracking, reporting, and status follow-up
  • Support planning, risk management, and dependency tracking
  • Prepare decision-making materials and steering committee documentation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes
  • Support PMO leadership with ad hoc activities

Your profile
  • 3–5 years of experience within PMO or project governance
  • Experience from large-scale IT or transformation projects
  • Comfortable working with tools such as Jira and MS Office
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English
Meritorious:
  • Experience in the energy sector or similar complex environments
  • Knowledge of SAP / S4HANA
  • Swedish and/or German language skills
