As part of its European growth journey, Sharp is strengthening its presence in the Nordics with the ambition to become a Top 5 TV & Audio brand in the region. To accelerate this transformation, we are looking for a senior commercial leader capable of independently owning and driving an entire region — with strong support from HQ, and the freedom to shape the market.
Beyond TV & Audio, this role will also lead Sharp’s entry into emerging growth categories such as E‑Mobility and other upcoming technology verticals — positioning Sharp as a broader consumer technology brand across the Nordics.
Your Mission
• Lead Sharp’s TV & Audio business across the Nordic region with full P&L responsibility.
• Drive Sharp’s ambition to become a Top 5 brand in the Nordics.
• Act as Sharp’s commercial leader in the region — owning strategy, sales, and execution end‑to‑end.
• Prioritize where the business potential is strongest: Sweden → Norway → Denmark → Finland → Iceland.
• Strengthen and expand partnerships with major retailers — especially Power and Elkjøp.
• Identify commercial opportunities across retail, distribution, and e‑commerce channels.
• Build market plans, lead negotiations, and execute with pace, focus, and accountability.
• Work entrepreneurially as the sole market owner, backed by experienced teams at HQ (marketing, finance, operations, product).
• Drive Sharp’s expansion into new business verticals — including E‑Mobility, sustainability driven product lines, and other upcoming categories — ensuring strong market positioning and commercial impact across the Nordics.
What You Bring
We welcome strong commercial leaders from consumer electronics, retail, and e‑commerce backgrounds .
• 7–10+ years of senior commercial, sales leadership, or key account ownership.
• Proven success working with key Nordic retailers — ideally Power, Elkjøp, or similar.
• Experience independently managing a country or region with commercial responsibility.
• A true start‑up mindset: hands‑on, proactive, solutions driven, and comfortable as the sole market owner.
• Strong commercial instincts with the ability to operate fast and decisively.
• Fluent English; Nordic language skills are a strong advantage.
• Experience with new category development or fast growing product verticals is a plus (e.g., mobility, sustainability tech, or emerging consumer electronics categories).
