- Lead requirements capture, structuring and communication to create shared understanding between stakeholders and the development team
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications and support the team across the development lifecycle
- Act as the bridge between business and tech in an agile BizDevOps environment, working closely with developers
- Apply systems thinking to ensure requirements work across software systems and integrations
What we’re looking for (must-have) - Strong experience defining requirements for software systems and working in agile teams close to developers
- Solid understanding of software systems, integrations and systems thinking (how components interact in a larger ecosystem)
- Strong analytical skills + clear, structured communication
- Professional fluency in Swedish and English
- Given the May start and the hybrid setup, we are looking for consultants located within commuting distance to Malmö
Practical details - Location: Malmö (hybrid 60% in office)
