Background and qualifications
The Account Manager is responsible for relationship management of existing accounts and new relationships and realising the activities to be determined annually and maintaining optimal personal contact with key relationships.

Responsibilities
Building new customer relationships and managing existing customers.
Building and shaping presence in Sweden-based on region.
Identify and target new sales opportunities through networking and other prospecting methods.
Optimal time allocation and visit planning, based on self-discipline and self-responsibility.
Installed base and competition analysis.
Agreed response times for follow-up offers, sales actions, follow-up, after-sales and reporting are met.
Commission, inspect, and repair equipment supplied by VEGA.
Provide technical support, including application advice, trial measurements, and training.
Assist in trade shows and deliver lectures related to VEGA products.
Perform entry control for equipment inspections.
Collaborate with the Sales Department to resolve technical issues.
Accept and plan service orders, including international cases, when necessary.
Ensure accurate execution and reporting of service orders.
Manage and order required equipment for stock.
