Account Manager for VEGA

VEGA employs over 2,100 people worldwide, 1,000 of whom work at its headquarters at Schiltach in the Black Forest. This is where, for more than 60 years now, solutions to demanding measuring tasks are being conceived and turned into reality: for chemical and pharmaceutical plants, food, and beverage manufacture, drinking water supply and sewage treatment plants, landfills, mining operations, power generation, oil platforms, recycling, shipping, and aerospace industries.

Background and qualifications

The Account Manager is responsible for relationship management of existing accounts and new relationships and realizing the activities to be determined annually and maintain optimal personal contact with key relationships.

  • Preferably 2- 6 years of successful work experience within sales and business development

Responsibilities

  • Building new customer relationships and managing existing customers .
  • Building and shaping presence in Sweden-based on region .
  • Identify and target new sales opportunities through networking and other prospecting methods .
  • Optimal time allocation and visit planning, based on self-discipline and self-responsibility.
  • Installed base and competition analysis .
  • Forecast investments .
  • Agreed response times for follow-up offers, sales actions, follow-up, after-sales and reporting are met.
  • You are always convinced of the added value of VEGA .
  • Travelling; national and international

Language Skills

  • Swedish and English, preferably German


Location and coverage of regions:

  • 2–3 persons in Stockholm, Office in Hagastaden Life City.
  • 1 person in Norrbotten, Västerbotten or Jämtland.
  • 1 person in Malmö or Gothenburg.
